The website audit and the trade-in rebuild preview are free, provided as-is, and rate-limited to keep them available for everyone. Only submit websites you own or are authorized to have audited. Audit scores are automated assessments intended as guidance, not a guarantee of any particular search ranking or business outcome.
Rebuild previews are generated from the information you submit and from your existing public website. Preview pages remain our property until you engage us; we may expire unused previews.
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Done-For-You) are month-to-month and described at customerflood.com/#pricing. Specific deliverables are confirmed when you sign up. You can cancel any time; service runs through the end of the paid period.
Don't abuse the tools: no automated scraping of the audit endpoint, no submitting sites you have no rights to, no attempts to disrupt the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomerFlood is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the free tools or this website. Our total liability for paid services is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
