CustomerFlood ("we", "us") operates customerflood.com and audit.customerflood.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
When you run a website audit, we collect the website address you submit and the publicly available content of that website, plus optional details you choose to provide (business name, zip code, industry, name, email, phone). When you request a site rebuild preview, we collect the business details you enter into the trade-in form. We keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and rate limiting.
We use what you submit to generate your audit report, build your site preview, and — when you ask us to — follow up with your full report and fix plan. Audit fulfillment is handled by our agent platform, which processes your submission on our behalf. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing.
This site does not set tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, this policy will be updated first.
Audit results are cached briefly to keep the tool fast. Lead details are kept while we work with you. Email us at hello@customerflood.com to have your information corrected or deleted.
